about

Esther Duijn is what you might call a DJ's DJ. She has been tirelessly working in the House and Techno scene for well over a decade and is based in her hometown Amsterdam as well as Berlin. She also has made well over 30 releases and counting, and played at just about every prolific club.

She comes back to Coincidence with a loopy Techno monster that combines metallic stabs and an in-your-face basskick for maximum effectiveness. A great track that is a perfect tool for any DJ that wants to build momentum with great Techno that doesn't need to go into a mindless bid to be the hardest.

We are absolutely over the moon with the remixes on this release: first of all Ruffneck Prime: this dutch master of the arts will surely ring a bell with everyone who ever picked up a harder track in between today and the roaring nineties. His version is just mindblowingly good, sounding like a lovechild of Paula Temple and I Hate Models. It's just a masterpiece. Period.

Speaking of masterpieces: the second remixer is one of our alltime favorite producers: Erik Luebs. Maybe it doesn't ring a bell but if you are a diehard fan of the deeper side of Techno, you will surely have heard his amazing productions. If you don't know him yet, let this be an introduction and go and check his work out everywhere you can. He is just. That. Good.

We hope you will dig the package we assembled. See you around on one of the many festivals this summer.
